He kept me informed all the way in the sale of our house in Ocean Shores. He was attentive to all of my concerns and very responsive. I gave him 4 stars in process expertise, but really any questions he had on process, he has an amazing network of experts so I knew I was getting the best advise and recommendations about any issues that came up during our sale process. Joe is very professional but in the end, I felt that I had a friend for life. Bravo Joe!!!!!!

The process of selling my home was an adventure and was complicated by a couple of failed sales that were handled smoothly and efficiently. I was always well informed. My home sold and it was bittersweet leaving it and my many friends. I moved out of the area and was worried about mowing my yard before the buyers moved in. This was unnecessary because Joe and his team made sure that it was mowed and everything looked wonderful. He is sincere and a lot of fun, I would work with him again in a heartbeat. I highly recommend him for any real estate needs.
