Joe Loparo is one of those people who gives you their all. Joe went out of his way over and over to help me get my house ready to put on the market to get top dollar. He supplied wonderful contacts for people to do painting, flooring, yard work and more and helped manage the work to be done. He advised what were the best things to do to get the house looking it’s best without overdoing it. He did that and so much more. He knows the market well and gives you a very realistic assessment of what your house can sell for. On top of all that, he is very personable and amiable. I would very highly recommend him as your realtor.

Joe had a lot of patience with us throughout the entire time we were looking for a house since July. He'll answer our questions with the best of his knowledge. He thinks what's best for us.
