Any time I needed to get in contact with him, he answered. I truly believe we got the absolute best price we could get. And at the same time, Joseph had a buyer lined up that really wanted the property for him and his family. It was a nice feeling selling to the buyer that really would love the house as much as we did. With absolutely no back and forth or haggling. Why the property was being repaired, he advertised as “coming soon”, which drummed up a lot of interest prior to it being officially listed. I could not be more happier with the service I received from Joseph. Not to mention that the house wasn’t even on the market 24 hours and we were getting offers.
