We live in Virgina, and we were looking for a second "snowbird" home in Florida. We went to Florida and spent some time with Joseph looking at houses. We put an offer in on one and then went home to Virginia. Joseph was very helpful in negotiating a lower price because of some water damage that was discovered during the home inspection. Then he was always helpful and willing to go to the house to check some things for us, since we were in Virginia and couldn't do it ourselves. Doing a long-distance closing from out or state is a little more complicated, and he was very helpful in making sure all of the details went smoothly. I would highly recommend Joseph Jordan, and I would seek him out if I should ever buy or sell another house in Florida.

The Jordan Team (Joe, Kayla, and Rick) WERE AMAZING! I don't know how they got a full price offer on my mobile home. Joe said he can sell anything. I believe him. He sold me with his personality, his abilities, his communication. I don't believe there is another realtor in the area that would have been able to pull what he did. And to do it with such professionalism was astonishing. And I will be the first to tell you I am a difficult customer, he never missed a beat. When I was ready to not go thru with the deal he alway very calm and would comfort me by saying "you're gonna get sued if you don't" He is top notch. I will only use him if I ever sell my new place. If he will have me because it was a tough road for me.
