Our Realtor needs included flexibility in the steps of the Selling process. We had identified a Buyer from neighbors in the area, and Joe stepped in to explain the offer process and the specifics of the Purchasing Agreement. He adjusted to our unique needs with excellent customer service. Joe gave us several recommendations on interacting with the Buyer and guiding us through the does and don'ts from a Sellers perspective. His communication style was easygoing and reassuring as we worked directly with the Buyer. As we got close to the Closing he handled the final communications directly with the Buyers Realtor and we followed his recommendation which turned out with a Closing Agreement that met both of our needs (Seller/Buyer).
