We had identified a Buyer from neighbors in the area, and Joe stepped in to explain the offer process and the specifics of the Purchasing Agreement. He adjusted to our unique needs with excellent customer service. As we got close to the Closing he handled the final communications directly with the Buyers Realtor and we followed his recommendation which turned out with a Closing Agreement that met both of our needs (Seller/Buyer).
