Working with Joseph and his team was an awesome experience. we used them on purchasing 2 homes in Eastvale, Joseph made the process very simple and easy. He is knowledgeable and helpful, and the most important is his honesty, always aiming to get the best for his clients. He was able to get $30K below listing price, and some $$ credit towards closing cost, also helped a lot during the loan process, answers his phone 24/7. In addition, he walked the extra mile and helped me with the renting of one of the properties. I highly recommend Joe and his team, will forever be grateful for their help!
