Great Agent
Mr. Helmstetter made the best of a bad situation. The sale of a deceased relative's home is stressful and he made us very comfortable and walked us through the whole process. We met with numerous "fixer upper" companies and their offers were way below the price we received by using Mr. Helmstetter as our agent.
