Joseph Dodds is a true gem among realtors. The time he took to explain all of the details, and his attention to every part of our sale process truly made it a wonderful experience. Even during, some hiccups of normal sale situations he kept us at ease, and always informed of what was happening. He truly fought for us and was on our side the entire time.
Joseph is one of the most attentive agents I know. Ive worked with dozens and I'll never use anyone else. He stays on top of things and its always PROactive, not reactive.
