I highly recommend Joseph as he always remains professional and responsive. He was excellent to work with during a stressful process and was truly invested in my happiness in regards to my home sale and purchase. He communicated well with me as a client and all involved with the buy and sale. He did an excellent job during the negotiations and kept his cool with some difficult issues that arose. Overall he was wonderful to work with and I would definitely work with him again.

Joe was great to work with. Very knowledgeable and always available to help and answer questions. He made the sale of my home less stressful. I would recommend him very highly.

Joe conducts his work professionally and does not deploy a hard sell. He works hard and has the best intentions for both buyer and seller. He understands the local market and positions the property to sell. He is patient and readily available for showings. Joe was available at off hour to show homes. He was patient on price changes and did his homework in the area. Joe was very thorough and had an attention to detail regaring the final paperwork.
