Joe conducts his work professionally and does not deploy a hard sell. He works hard and has the best intentions for both buyer and seller. He understands the local market and positions the property to sell. He is patient and readily available for showings. Joe was available at off hour to show homes. He was patient on price changes and did his homework in the area. Joe was very thorough and had an attention to detail regaring the final paperwork.
