I have been working with Lauren Kartje since late June and just closed on my third purchase since then – two purchases were investments, and the other purchase is a new primary residence. Lauren knows the local markets well and provided detailed data-driven analyses for the potential investment properties we looked at. She is professional, very responsive, and a pleasure to work with – she always takes the time to advise us and show us homes (sometimes for hours on end). In addition to the automatic MLS searches that Lauren set up for us, she would regularly curate detailed lists of properties for us (multiple times a week) – that personal touch was just what we needed and helped us focus our search and find great properties in a very short amount of time. She makes you feel like you are her only client when I know she is very, very busy! Lauren’s larger team is wonderful as well – Kathy was available with advice when we needed it and Cindy coordinated three relatively easy closings. We are still looking for a couple of additional investment properties and will continue working with Lauren for those purchases. I strongly recommend Lauren and the Toth Team.

The Kathy Toth team really went above and beyond during the process of us buying a home. It took us 5 months to close on our home due to circumstances out of our control and our realtor, Craig Rhoton, was absolutely amazing every step of the way! Honestly, I wouldn’t want to use another realtor at all!

Right from the start, Mike McGee and Cindy started addressing the things that we needed to get our home ready for the market. The questions that he asked us, and the ideas that he came up with... well lets just say that it was readily apparent to my wife and I that his experience was going to be invaluable to us during our home sale. And, guess what, we were correct because, our home sale was not an "easy" sale by any means. With Mike's knowledge, and calm demeanor we are working through the hurdles. If you are like me and you tend to get emotionally involved in stressful things such as a home sale or purchase you will not believe how much pressure it takes off of you when you know that you have signed up with the very best. Plain and Simple!

Amazing to work with and walked me through each step of the process. Follow through was beyond expectations!! Even with COVID-19 going on was still able to sell home and have it closed.

I had a great experience with the entire Toth Team and my agent, Kristin Ebert. My home was unique, expensive, and not an 'easy' sale. Kristin and her team did a great job, from start to finish. They made is easy for me to sell as I wasn't 'local' and took great care of the home and showings. We were able to get it sold at a fair price in a timely manner. The closing was easy!
