Jody of Davis Realty Group sold my rental home in Sugar Hill. Great with communication. Marketed the home to get lots of showings the first weekend, and we were under contract fast. Had a few age-related issues come up with the house while under contract - including the water line from the street breaking and leaking water everywhere.
