Had a great experience with Joe. Met the first time and talked over our wants and needs for our first property. He asked us plenty of questions that would narrow down our search. Very helpful from the beginning. He searches for what we want and can afford. He doesn't try to get you into something that you're not comfortable with. He works with plenty of lenders and helps you chose the best one. We looked at several properties. I am new to the buying real estate world but I'm glad we chose Joe. He knows a lot about homes inside and out. He can see what the house will need. Very smart. When we seen the last property, we knew that was the one we wanted. Joe put a great deal together, sent it over to the selling agent and a week later our offer was accepted. We now have our first home. Amazing experience.
