Joe is a very nice guy, was easy to work with, and had good contacts. We had a contract on the house we were selling within a week, during the winter. He also represented us on the purchase of our new home and was very helpful in getting the timing lined up on the move in dates. Joe's been in the business locally for a long time and has many reliable contacts. I would use Joe again, but hope I won't need to as we love our new house!
