Working with Joe to sell my Mom's home was an excellent experience. After meeting with Joe in-person on 6/10/22, he gave us the Seller's Pre- Listing Package with information on the best way too prepare her home to sell. Since my Mom is 96 years old & lives with my husband & I 2 hours away, my Brother came from Florida & cleaned out the house to get it ready to list. Joe was in touch with him as well during the 3-1/2 weeks to see the progress & provide suggestions. Joe also kept in touch with me via text messages or emails so that I could complete any necessary paperwork. After all of Joe's attention to detail, the home was listed on a Friday & was sold on Tuesday, with a choice of 2 over asking bids. There is a reason that Joe's 34 years of experience in Real Estate has earned him the awards and recognition he deserves.
