I don't have enough wonderful things to say about Joe. I have bought/sold two house with him and would not use anyone else. He knows the area, schools, and the pros/cons to any neighborhood. He listens to what you are looking for (and even your unsaid wants) and will find you the perfect home. He takes all the hard work out of the buying and selling process to make sure you get exactly what you need.
Absolutely wonderful realtor to work with. He was very knowledgeable about everything, up front and honest . The best part is, he was always very easy to get ahold of , which is a big perk for me. No matter when I needed help, he was there!
