Joe's an excellent realtor. He is very knowledgeable and an expert negotiator. He will save you time and money and make the home buying and selling process hassle-free.

I was surfing late night looking for properties, I find one that lists the next morning. I send Joe a text the day of listing, “can we get there today?” We had not talked in awhile He was there a few hours later to show me the property and place a bid. In today’s market, buyers have to move fast, Joe is that person for this market and all of them as a result. After showing, already two offers in. He gave great advice on how to win the bid, and we did. 💪🏻 Tons of hiccups in the process, he handled every one great. I appreciated the honesty in communication with the ups and the downs. Joe was a true professional that new the real estate market in the area. He priced the house higher when others said it was to overpriced. We ended up having 17 groups come through and three prompt offers by the end of the weekend. Joe made the selling process easy and without any snags. We would definitely recommend him and use him again.
