I am from Massachusetts, while visiting my daughters in Saint Cloud and looking to purchase a house in Florida (Saint Cloud to be specific) where my daughter lives and because the fact that I was going to be be there for a short time contacted various agents from listings of properties I wanted to see but there was no response or response was late. When I contacted Jose immediately I got a response and continue communicating and updating me on new listing even after I returned back home to Massachusetts. I kept going back, Jose will schedule appointments, we will look at the house, this went on for about nine month or a year and he was always present when contacted and kept me informed and did and excellent job finding answers to my questions. Jose also was great helping through the whole process of purchasing and financing. Highly recommended.
