My wife and I decided to look for our first home back in 2019. Joe was referred to us. He came over to our house to meet us. From the moment I opened the door to greet him, I had a really good feeling about him. He came in and explained the process of selling and buying to us. And answered all our questions. I was the point of contact with Joe for everything. First we listed our home and scheduled an open house. Which Joe handled amd it was so smooth that I don't remember anything except scheduling the open house date. We had our open house scheduled for a weekend and we ended up only doing one day because a great offer came in. Joe even got a contract done with the buyer to let us stay until we found our new home Now my wife and I started going to open houses. Every house we visited, Joe was with us. No matter the day or time, Joe was with us to help guide us through the process. There were some homes that we wanted and put in bids but ended up not getting because we were outbid. Which sometimes was heartbreaking but Joe would not let it get to us and he'd get right back into it with our search. Once we found our home he just went non stop with getting everything done with out any hassle. The other realtor for the seller was so incompetent that it seemed like Joe was doing his job. Finally we had our closing and Joe was there with us. I've heard when you're selling and looking for a new home is daunting but I honestly had the smoothest experience and it was all because of Joe. I don't plan on moving anytime soon but if I do, I'm calling Joe. And if I know anyone who is looking to move, I'm referring Joe 1000% Joe is the best guy for making your home selling and home buying experience go as easy as possible.
