I have worked with Joe previously and, as always, Joe goes above and beyond for his clients! He guided and helped me every step of the way even when the process presented us with some unexpected challenges. Joe's dedication, commitment, professionalism, and expertise made all the difference and brought me to the finish line - I could've not done it without Joe!!
Joe was very friendly and welcoming, he made me feel like we’ve known each other forever. He was very experienced and always responded to my texts e-mails and phone calls. It was my first home purchase and I had no experience Joe helped me throughout the entire process. He still calls to check in on me. If your buying a home I would absolutely recommend Joe.
I literally have no words to express how Jose has helped make the sale of my grandmother's house such an easy process. We appreciate your patience and to go above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. You and Roseann worked so hard and diligently to get things done and explained everything in detail. We trusted you both and could not have asked for a better team! You are both rockstars! Offers within 24hrs of showing and sold for 50k OVER asking! Jose did that!! If anyone is looking to sell and you want an awesome realtor, please stop right here and contact Jose! He knows how to sell and knows how to attract buyers. From the bottom of our hearts, THANK YOU!!!!

Jose was knowledgeable, friendly and super helpful. He was referred to us. As a first time buyer, there is so much you don’t know and Joe was there to explain it all. He also didn’t mind seeing a bunch of homes with us. He explained the process well and helped answer questions even after we bought the home.

Jose was an absolute delight to work with! He helped myself and my wife purchase our first home together and we couldn't be happier! His fun personality makes it enjoyable to work with and his expert knowledge allowed me to navigate the stressful time of purchasing a home with a breeze. He was there every step of the way to answer any questions I had around the buying process and couldn't be more appreciative. Before your next purchase you better call Jose!
My wife and I decided to look for our first home back in 2019. Joe was referred to us. He came over to our house to meet us. From the moment I opened the door to greet him, I had a really good feeling about him. He came in and explained the process of selling and buying to us. And answered all our questions. I was the point of contact with Joe for everything. First we listed our home and scheduled an open house. Which Joe handled amd it was so smooth that I don't remember anything except scheduling the open house date. We had our open house scheduled for a weekend and we ended up only doing one day because a great offer came in. Joe even got a contract done with the buyer to let us stay until we found our new home Now my wife and I started going to open houses. Every house we visited, Joe was with us. No matter the day or time, Joe was with us to help guide us through the process. There were some homes that we wanted and put in bids but ended up not getting because we were outbid. Which sometimes was heartbreaking but Joe would not let it get to us and he'd get right back into it with our search. Once we found our home he just went non stop with getting everything done with out any hassle. The other realtor for the seller was so incompetent that it seemed like Joe was doing his job. Finally we had our closing and Joe was there with us. I've heard when you're selling and looking for a new home is daunting but I honestly had the smoothest experience and it was all because of Joe. I don't plan on moving anytime soon but if I do, I'm calling Joe. And if I know anyone who is looking to move, I'm referring Joe 1000% Joe is the best guy for making your home selling and home buying experience go as easy as possible.
Joe goes above and beyond from beginning to end. Always willing and able to answer and clarify any questions, issues or concerns. Helped even after the sale with how best to navigate the existing tenants as well as getting the vacant unit rented quickly for top dollar.
Joe will take you every step of the way. He is experienced and knows how to get through your real estate transaction!
