Jose was the realtor hosting an open house I attended in October 2023. He was very knowledgeable and accomodating. I decided to entrust my home purchase sale with Joe as the realtor. He was fantastic all the way through---checking in, offering advice, and acting as the go between with me and the seller. He was available for any questions via text or phone. In addition, he met with me for additional viewings of the property. If you are looking for a realtor in MA, (my property was located on the South Shore but he covers most of MA), do not hesitate to reach out to Jose. He will not disappoint.

Joey is very knowledgeable in this field, friendly and professional. This was my first time selling a property and Joey was awesome! He prepared the open house times and within days we had offers. He shared his suggestions for the sale and I put all my trust in him. After all, it was my first experience selling a home and he was the expert. He guided me throughout the entire process with his professional advice & most of all, with honesty! My property was sold for more than I ever expected. He handled all the paperwork & inspections was ease and kept me informed every step of the way. For the closing, I was going to be out of the U.S. Joey took care of that too! Joey recommended his personal attorney. She was also incredible and a pleasure to deal with during the entire process. I went on my trip relaxed knowing that the property was sold and they would take care of closing the deal. I am grateful for all his hard work and dedication. I highly recommend Joey for your real estate needs. You won't be disappointed!

Jose Ferreira has a solid reputation and following. He was referred to me and his professionalism, knowledge and strategy to sell my house for the highest amount was on point. He sold it for me for $53k above asking first open house. Truly amazing experience! If you need a great agent call him today!

Jose is very professional. Due to his industry knowledge, and connections, I have sold multiple properties with him. I’ve worked with other realtors in the past to manage my real estate portfolio, and no one has matched performance.

Joe is the most professional broker I have ever dealt with. He is prompt, provides excellent information and most importantly, is honest. He will tell you whether a deal makes sense or not and isn’t simply looking for a sale. He is also very organized and stays on top of the banks and attorneys to make sure paperwork is correct and everything stays on schedule. Great experience with him. Will be doing more deals together. Highly recommend.

Jose "Joe" Ferreira goes waaaaay above and beyond in getting things handled. Joe handled and worked with my parents who were selling their house like a professional and true human being. My parents are older and do not speak much english. Joe was always jumping hurdles for them. Handling paperwork. Keeping me posted (I am 3000 miles away) , handling the house itself to make sure it would pass code, etc I would definitely reccomend Jose Ferreira for all you real estate needs Thanks Joe

I have nothing but good things to say about Joe. It was such a pleasure working with him. He made this experience a smooth process. Joe was even able to secure an offer above asking price. He is reliable, knowledgeable and great person. Thank you Joe!

Joe helped my parents sell their condo and they couldn’t be happier with the results! Joe helped and guided them through the entire process using his expertise, knowledge and dedication. They definitely recommend Joe and his services to anyone that is looking for a great Realtor!!

My mom and I retained the real estate services of Joe for the sale of her home in Somerville, MA. From start to finish, Joe was a wonderful resource, very accomodating and easy to work with. He took pride in selling her home as if it were his own and went out of his way to offer super safe open house experiences for all potential buyers as we were in the midst of the COVID era. His expertise was nothing short of Exceptional. Highly recommend Joe for all your real estate service needs!

José did a great job, very easy to work with and I couldn’t be happier, sold my condo above asking price.

He's such a good attorney! He helped me a lot with the house I bought. His patience and strength giving the benefits not only in buying a house but also saving your money. I highly recommend Jose.
