Great service. Went above and beyond what was needed to sell the house

Jose is amazing. His energy and postive attitude is mesmerizing. He is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to homes. He knows all the details. When I bought my home he knew who build my closet and the floors, what my clubhouse offered. He offers ideas on stuff I could do in my home. He is funny and sweet. You just want to be his best friend because he makes you feel so good. I was in such a crunch to find a home and he was extremely relaxed and positive. He goes above and beyond for you. I am soo glad to have found him and I will definitely be using him again and will recommend him to everyone I know that wants to buy or sell their home. Also he always answers your texts and calls. This guy is one in a million. I can’t say enough about him. He looks the part, he is the part, he is the best in the business. Thank you Jose.

Jose was fantastic to work with. He built rapport and determined what we liked in a home--size, style of the house, neighborhood, and the lifestyle we wanted upon moving to FL. He was quick to find us a couple of houses that checked all of our boxes (which is a feat in itself during a seller's market, as well as being "picky" buyers) and set up the showings for the days we would be in town visiting. Despite the competitive market, he helped us "seal the deal" by making a strong offer that we were comfortable with. He was professional, efficient, and knowledgeable throughout the process. He also went above and beyond trying to contact our lender for updates when they weren't returning our calls. We're so glad Jose was on our team and helped us find our ideal home!

Having sold our prior dream home with Jose (as we downsized) we were smitten and looking forward to him representing and advising us again during our home purchase. Once again his service was beyond all expectations. Should there be any more home transactions in our future we could only hope that he would be our agent and friend once more.
