This is my third home buying/selling experience. With many real estate agents I feel that their efforts are not in your favor & sometimes they can even be condescending. Real estate agents are the experts and in some cases, your initial preferences get lost when things are taking longer than expected. You might even feel pressured to settle. In working with Jori compared to my previous experiences I felt that Jori was listening. There was no overwhelming pressure as I felt before. She talked 'to' us and not 'at' us. She was very responsive, knowledgeable, and most importantly she cared! She understood our goal and made the home selling/buying process this third time around a very pleasant and successful one. Jori also had a lot of patience with us in finding a home. It's really difficult trying to find an affordable house in the Bay Area. She helped us to sell our previous home for well over the asking price and as a result we were able to buy the absolute perfect home for us in Willow Glen. Her talents don't stop there though, she also runs an animal rescue: Tailchaser Rescue. If you're an animal lover please know that she will make sure that your animal is taken care of during open houses and walk throughs. When selling our home we felt very comfortable knowing that she had our pet in mind & she made it very clear to other agents who needed to walk through our home to also be mindful of our pet.
