Being unfamiliar with areas, you need to research where is optimal to buy in and what are the challenges and advantages of that particular area. I started out solo researching to educate me and that just wasn’t enough. I started working with Jorge and he immediately helped to pinpoint the areas and the types of homes I was most interested in. He outlined the landscape and helped me to know just what I wanted so that I didn’t have to waste time seeing tons of properties that were not a fit for me, given my busy work schedule that often included lots of out of state travel. When I was ready to put offers down, he advocated on my behalf, always informed me of the next steps and was transparent about pitfalls. I recently closed on a townhouse and I can say that through all of the unknowns and anxiety of going through the process of being a first time homeowner, Jorge made the process fun and seamless. He also made the process stylish, always showing up well dressed and so professional. I have already told all my friends about him who are interested in home ownership. He truly is a gem and I feel so grateful that he was with me throughout the process. Would I recommend Jorge? YES, a thousand times. I hope someone else is able to have a pleasant home buying experience with Jorge, because it meant the world to me. I now have a home in a new state that makes being away from my family that much more bearable.

It is great working with a guy like Jorge. He makes looking for a new home stress free and fun. You can always get a hold of him and he was easily accessible which was great! Very business savvy.
