Jorge kept calling me because I had once flirted with the selling of my condo. Jorge would call and say "so are you still considering selling?" I'd think what a pain that this guy is always calling me. Then it hit me... I thought wait a minute. If he's fighting this hard to get my listing, then he'll likely fight even harder to get a sale. So I listed. He had a showing right away. That showing produced a cash offer and 2 weeks later I was homeless. As I write this, my bank account is full, my things are in storage and I'm sleeping on an air mattress at a buddies house. Fear not though. I close on my new beach condo this Monday.
