At the beginning of the process he spent two hours explaining to us how the home buying process went (We were first time buyers) so we would always know what was happening, and he answered our many questions patiently and promptly as we searched for our home. He always adapted to our crazy schedule for showings and provided valuable advice of each home we looked at, thanks to his great knowledge of the area. Once we found our home, he did a wonderful job negotiating the selling price and the whole closing process was seamless. It is very obvious that Jorge has excellent realtor skills as well as a thorough understanding of the market. We were seriously taking an "as is" all cash offer on my Mother's home, but having met Jorge through the sale of a friends home, I decided to talk to him first. He had a different approach than anyone else I talked to..."lets put it on the market for just 10 days and I will hold open houses everyday and champion the listing with my Keller Williams team and other brokers." Figuring I had nothing to lose, we agreed to this plan and got the hoiuse ready to show. True to his word, Jorge started showing the house the following Monday, signs out, ready to go an there was a steady flow of his clients and clients of his associates coming through the house. Within five days we had 10 offers, many of which were over ask. He was excellent in he worked with the financing resources for the potential buyers to validate they were strong candidates. Bottomline, we took an offer substantially over ask, and his communication with us was consistent and timely over the follow period regarding inspection, buyer appraisal, expectations around closing costs...everything. When the loan officer for the buyer started to move out closing, Jorge was on it, and we were able to close just day later than originally anticipated. If/when I buy a new home, I will absolutely come back to Jorge. He was the best...as was everyone I met with from his team. Great job!!
