It is very obvious that Jorge has excellent realtor skills as well as a thorough understanding of the market. We were seriously taking an "as is" all cash offer on my Mother's home, but having met Jorge through the sale of a friends home, I decided to talk to him first. He had a different approach than anyone else I talked to..."lets put it on the market for just 10 days and I will hold open houses everyday and champion the listing with my Keller Williams team and other brokers."
