About Jorge

I was born in Philadelphia, grew up in Perú and studied in Markham College and Universidad de Lima. I lived in New York, New Jersey and Missouri before finally settling down in sunny Florida in 2002. I have been in the Sales and Customer Service business since 1973 and in the Real Estate and Mortgage profession since 2002, specializing in Residential transactions in South Florida. I have successfully worked with home buyers and sellers to profitably list and sell homes, while ensuring positive experiences for everyone involved. I always market properties in local communities by utilizing proven successful marketing plans and promote sales of properties through every advertising venue. Always negotiate the best possible contract for clients, work with inspectors and appraisers to determine any and all actions that need to be taken prior to closing, while at the same time ensuring that all contract terms are met prior to closing. My goal is to always make sure to establish positive and professional flow of communication with other agents, buyers, sellers, mortgage officers, title personnel and attorneys involved in the home buying and selling process. I will ensure your home shopping needs are met in the shortest amount of time possible, while striving for courteous and experienced professional quality service and your overall satisfaction. My marketing skills, marketing tools and powerful U.S. and International referral network will always be at your disposal. I live in Weston and loved to play tennis although I was the Peruvian badminton champion for 5 years in a row (when I was younger), watch sports, specially football and basketball, fishing and reading but most importantly, spending as much time as possible with my wife Pilar and my daughter Claudia. I am proud to be a member of the NAR, FAR and Miami Association of Realtors. Bi-lingual (English & Spanish).
