Just when I thought his job was done after my house closed, he still continued to make sure my transition from California to Kentucky went smoothly. Prior to my move, he met with service providers at the home for various projects. He made sure all my utilities were up and running, my AC was at a comfortable temperature and collected my mail until I arrived. He did all these added services without expecting anything in return.
