Jordan is the absolute best. He took us to see a house just a few hours after the listing went live. We had our offer submitted and under contract before the open house even happened! Jordan is fast! 10/10 recommend Jordan.

As a first time homebuyer, I was unsure of what to expect or the timeline in which everything would occur. They kept me informed and communicated each step effectively. We listed our house mid May 2023. We thought that would be a good time and give us time to settle the move etc. Jordan showed us comparative sales in our area and we decided to go just under current sales as we wanted to move within a few months. Jordan guided us on the best way to present our home before photos were taken. He was very tactful and honest. We opened up the spaces by getting extra items (small tables, plants etc) out of the house. Wow! What a difference. The rooms looked bigger and by opening drapes/blinds much brighter. Then the photos were taken and house listing went online. We had 3 showings the next day! Needless, to say, we were very pleased. Jordan has an assistant, who was kept current on all questions/concerns we had. All questions went to her and Jordan (and later the closing person) so everyone was aware of what was going on. Very important to us. Again, I highly recommend Jordan to treat you with the respect and kindness you’d want from someone helping you sell your home.

I bought my house thru Jordan and then he sold it for me, All I can say is when I move back to Florida, he is the only person I will need to call.

I found Jordan by looking up agents close to my location and sent an email. He responded within 24 hours and we set up a meeting. He came over, we discussed everything and I listed with him that day. A couple of days later he came back with his photographer to take pictures and it was listed publicly in a day or two. I was not in the US while it was listed but regular communication from Jordan made it possible. Once I accepted an offer the potential buyers arranged an inspection. There were a couple of issues that needed remediation and Jordan was able to streamline the process for me since I was not physically there. The work got done but due to contractor issues closing had to be put off for a week. When I would get frustrated Jordan was like a cheerleader. I would say that the most important things were excellent communication (including other team members), knowledge of the local real estate situation and his willingness to go out of his way to make things happen. I would highly recommend using Jordan as your agent if you are buying/selling property.

Highly recommend Jordan! Less than a week after going on the market, we were under contract to sell our house! Jordan also held an open house for us that had 100s of attendees. Can’t recommend Jordan enough. 10/10
