We were selling my father's home after he passed, which is never an easy time for a family. Jordan was patient with me as I tried to make some minor improvements on the home, and help make some good suggestions about what we could do to add value to the property. Being over an hour away from the property and not knowing a lot of local people, Jordan helped get me in touch with people who could help me out. Once we got the property ready listed, the overall process was smooth and we were able to get the value out of the home that Jordan originally suggested with out much work. It was a great experience overall, especially given the circumstances.
