Jordan immediately jumped fully on board for me! He detailed some areas i.e. hung up a mirror and a dining room lamp, patched wall and brought in some plants as a nice touch! He helped me negotiate with the seller to do a leaseback, and close earlier to meet my tight timeframe. The purchase agreement was signed, and we breathed easy for a minute before the owner died.
