Working with Jordan was an amazing experience from start to finish! She was always quick to communicate, incredibly helpful, and honest throughout the entire process. She really took the time to help me figure out what home was the right fit for my family, provided all the information I needed, and was always there to reassure me when I had questions or felt unsure. I couldn’t have asked for a better realtor and would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking to buy a home!

The crazy thing is we weren’t looking to buy a home. We saw a for rent sign in a neighborhood that we really wanted to live in, which was in close proximity to where we golf and everything we do. We called the phone number on the rental and by happenstance, we heard from Real Estate Agent, Jordan Hotz. She showed us the rental property. It was not at all our style. I didn’t expect to hear from her again. To our surprise, only one week later, on Mother's Day, Jordan proactively emailed me saying, "I know you were looking for a rental, but here is a property that went on the market today on the same street of the rental". I opened the link and wanted to see it that day knowing it was going to go fast. However, it was Mother’s Day. The next evening Jordan scheduled for us to see the property. I had a gut feeling that we would be making an offer that evening and we did. All of this was totally unexpected. We can’t say enough good things about our experience working with Jordan Hotz and know in our hearts IF she wasn’t involved, we wouldn’t be in our dream home. She is EXTREMELY responsive, great follow up, professional and goes above and beyond for her clients. After closing we had one small hiccup on home warranty. She has the patience of Job and did whatever it took to resolve the issue. Not only would my husband and I recommend Jordan to be your realtor but she is someone we can call a friend who truly cares. Thank you Jordan for making us so happy in our dream home.
