Jordon is the best agent I’ve had, I’ve sold 5 houses in total, in 2 states. He went out of his way to help coordinate everything, even when we moved to another state, he made sure our contractors did top quality work, helped us with a cleaning company, and helped negotiate above our asking price when we received multiple offers. I would definitely recommend him and use him again if I were going back to the DC/Quantico area. He knows the area very well and delivered on everything he promised. Based on his ability to do everything remotely for us , he would also be an excellent agent for anyone in the military, coming to , or selling south of DC .

He was very patient as we have specific needs and wants in the properties, always accommodating and very courteous. Jordan never failed to respond to texts or answer calls regardless of the time. We texted him several times at 3 in the morning, and were met with a response within 5 minutes. He was patient and showed us houses almost everyday for several weeks until we found something that we liked. He gave us honest feedback on thoughts that we had and answered any questions. Great guy, would highly recommend.
