Jordan was involved both with the sale of a condo that belonged to our family, as well as my own purchase of a new home. Promotion of the condo prior to the listing being posted created anticipation among potential buyers. The photos were very professional and presented both the interior, exterior and community amenities in a very appealing way. I let him know which listings I wanted to see and he scheduled the viewing appointments to maximize our time. When I was ready to make on offer on a house, Jordan quickly researched comparative sales, suggested a price range for the offer, and prepared the required paperwork so that it could be submitted in a timely manner. He was always encouraging and calmed me down when I was distraught during the home search/buying process by telling me "No worries". Jordan took care of anything in his power and kept lines of communication open with me and all persons involved in preparing both closings. I asked A LOT of questions and Jordan was always thorough about researching all inquiries and providing responses. This was very reassuring to someone like me, who worries a lot!
