Joni had a great camera guy come in and take pics of the house. That plus her knowledge of real estate helped me sell my townhome quickly. Once we were under contract, the waiting process and negotiating with the buyers part definitely wasn’t my favorite part. But all in all the sale went through smoothly at the end.

We crossed paths while Joni was mentoring a young agent and she invited us in to view a home that we were just peeking through windows. Her personality immediately gained our favor. She helped us find a home and sell our home. Very responsive and easy to communicate with. You could text her anytime and would get an energetic response. Such a joy to work. Joni is a very good, caring agent. She went above and beyond my expectations. Especially during the month of July when I dragged her all over town to see somewhere around 40 houses.
