Joni had a great camera guy come in and take pics of the house. That plus her knowledge of real estate helped me sell my townhome quickly. Once we were under contract, the waiting process and negotiating with the buyers part definitely wasn’t my favorite part. But all in all the sale went through smoothly at the end.

Joni was there every step of the way to purchase my new home. She was very helpful through the process and helped push back on the seller when needed.

We crossed paths while Joni was mentoring a young agent and she invited us in to view a home that we were just peeking through windows. Her personality immediately gained our favor. She helped us find a home and sell our home. Very responsive and easy to communicate with. You could text her anytime and would get an energetic response. Such a joy to work. My wife and I do not intend to sell or buy again anytime soon but Joni will the agent we recommend to all friends and family.

Our buyer threw us a major curveball right before closing which could have caused us to lose the home we were buying. Joni ensured we were protected and that we all made it to the closing table without any further issues. In buying our home, we had our eye on a house that was in the ideal neighborhood but it kept being taken on/off "hold", which required some patience as the seller sorted through some things. Joni was great at establishing a relationship with the selling agent. Because of this we were able to get the first showing when the house became available to view. She guided us through the negotiating process, ensuring our interest were protected but also wasn't afraid to tell us when we were being a bit too pushy and needed to back down to ensure we didn't lose the home. Joni was so on top of things when she helped my husband and I purchase our home.
