We have never sold a house before! Jonette was so helpful with her knowledge of a person to help us stage our house and also getting people to do requested work on things around our house that needed to be repaired or cleaned. She also suggested a landscaper to spruce up both our front and back yard. After the house sold, she even helped us find a great moving company. Her knowledge of real estate was so helpful! She explained every step to us along the way as we started the process of selling our house from the listing of the house to the closing of escrow. She made the whole process easier because of her real estate knowledge, especially for a person that had no idea of the ins and outs involved in selling a house. She worked very hard to make sure everything was completely in order as the sale progressed. As I stated before, she was just awesome to work with!
