Was very patient in walking us through the process and explaining each part until we understood it. We wanted to keep things as simple as possible at least for the first month. Just list it quickly at a fair price and wait until the right buyer came along. His low fee helped us keep our costs down, and he was on board with our rather passive approach from day one. Always felt like he was sincerely working in our best interest. And his communication game is top notch. Answered the phone immediately every time I called, and was quick to send or respond to texts when things came up. He told us to be patient and not lower the price those first few weeks, and I think we got a higher offer by following his advice.
