Buying a house is stressful, even more when it is your first home and in a tough market. Jonathan was professional since we first met him an he stayed on top of things from scheduling visits to assisting with any questions we may have at any point during the day. As expected with any home purchase there was a little friction with the sellers on items that they did not want to concede and at times it was very tough. However Jonathan was able to get us the best deal, was in our corner the entire time, was able to convince the sellers at the time of need and over all made the entire process as seamless as possible. My wife and I hope to be able to work with Jonathan in the future for our realstate needs! Would recommend him to close friends and family.
