I tried to sell my house by other realtors and they didn't even try to market my house. I thought Johnathan was too far away from the location of my home to give me good service, I talked to him and turned him down three times. I knew Johnathan was always friendly and asking me to let him sell my house. This time I figured what do I have to lose. I gave him a try, he sold my house in less than two weeks. I received two offers in two days, he told me to have a open house and I didn't think that would be good because of a my house being a higher priced home.
