Over the last 4-5 years, we have worked with several realtors for one reason or another-from buying a house to selling a house to NOT selling the house to maybe selling again...each experience had it's own set of disappointments and frustrations. We were pushed to purchase a house that was not the right fit for us with our first realtor-we immediately started looking for another. When we finally listed our house and the sale fell through-we were threatened by the agent we were working with-she wished we would get the Corona virus when we decided not to work with her for ethical reasons we experienced while working with her. And then we lied to repeatedly by another one we interviewed-bold faced lies...needless to say, our trust issues were real. When we decided to list our house AGAIN and start interviewing agents, we knew from the start that Jon was different from what we had experienced in the past. His humble approach and impeccable follow through straight out of the gate was refreshing. His calm demeanor and peaceful presence allowed us to ask questions without fear...He never tried to talk over us. He actually LISTENED to our hopes and needs...and heard them!!! I know this because he sold our house for just under asking price in about a week and found us our absolute dream home that meets almost every piece of criteria we wanted. He never made us feel an ounce of pressure...In fact, he continually made sure we felt in control at all times. Everything about this experience was about OUR comfort level, OUR needs, OUR time frame-He went over and above to make sure that we were supported in every possible way through this entire experience.
