An inquiry was sent to several brokers and Jonathan was the first to respond and the most interested in helping This was a 30 day escrow and Jonathan stayed on top of everything and always kept me updated. Jonathan is an amazing 'no pressure' salesman, because he is THAT good at what he does. When we were considering entering the market, he politely offered his services when we were ready. When we were ready, he was there every step of the way. And he has an AMAZING sense of when to offer his opinion, when to let us work through things as a couple (step away) and when to have private/ separate interactions (from the seller). If not for Jonathan, I believe we would have missed the opportunity for our home AND take advantage of the lower interest rates. We would still be stuck in a sea of offers, counter offers, being outbid and starting over. Jonathan worked so incredibly hard for us, and I could tell that he gives EVERY SINGLE client the same level of service.
