Jonathan Perea was my fantastic agent. He was ALWAYS available when I called him; if he could not talk at the time of my call, he responded back within minutes. I felt like I was the only customer he had. He got me the asking price that I had requested. He was knowledgeable about all aspects regarding my sale. He kept me informed about the process of the sale every step of the way by calling or email. We had a problem with the water heater, but Jonathan did some research, gave me a referral to a plumber, and the issue was solved. I do not think most agents would take the time and effort to provide this referral (my home is located in a small community in the San Bernardino mountains and plumbers are very scarce); I could not find one who could do the work without a lengthy delay. No one could have been more patient, caring, professional and pleasent than Jonathan. His appearence was always suit and tie. He is an excellent listener and when he says he will do something it gets done quickly. I called once when he was on vacation to inquire about something. He did not say, "I am on vacation, will follow up when back at the office". He did what was needed that same day in a very short period of time and was professional about it.
