Jonathan made our transition from Calif to NC very smooth. He was able to put us in contact with the attorneys office who handled the escrow, which was totally different from California. They were able to answer questions we had regarding escrow in NC. Jonathan answered our questions quickly and professionally along with his southern charm. Plus Jonathan gave us information regarding the area and contact information in regard to various doctors, lawn and propane services and CPAs in the area.
