I stayed in that home for 2 and 1/2yrs until I just recently found another home,newly renovated and closer to my job.I knew I had to have it and I messaged Johnathan right away. My home was put on the market and I had an offer in on the new home within 7 days.One month later,I am currently in my new home and with the proceeds from the sale of my old home I was able to pay off some and pay down some debt. Because of Jonathan I was able to do a reset on my life and concentrate on things that are more important. Johnathan was an amazing agent. I went to NC with only a couple days to find house. Not only did Johnathan help us find a house in that small period of time, but he was able to get a house my wife and I loved at an even cheaper price than what they were offering! He if very well informed and was able to help me with any questions had. This man is so dedicated to helping someone getting a place he was calling us and doing paperwork for us even though he had to leave town for a day on the weekend.
