JR was amazing! Every thing he and his team did was proactive. He was able to provide all the services that we needed. He found us a lawyer, an appraiser, fire inspection company, and arraigned for an occupancy inspection by the town. Everything he did was professional. JR and his quality team far surpassed any team of realtors in my experience as a Seller. JR (Jonathan) was the top notch realtor we were looking for, but didn’t know where to look. We didn’t have to find him because he found us! We had just ended a contract with a realtor we hired from a small local office after a negative experience that produced no offers. We were ready to sell it ourselves when my husband was contacted out of the blue by JR. He had seen that our house came off the market, and wanted to know if we were still trying to sell it. My husband explained our situation and JR told him he had clients looking for houses in our town who would pay the sales price we needed. JR’s great personality, professionalism, and experience came across on the phone right from the start. My husband thought he seemed “too good to be true”. JR drove out to our house the next day from Boston to meet with us. He was well prepared and extremely confident in his and his team’s ability to not only present our house at its best, but market it to buyers from around the state and the country with his vast connections, and sell it at a number even higher than what we had proposed. He had our home professionally photographed, as well as filmed every room with a 360 degree camera for online tours, all at no charge to us. The photos were at such a higher level and made all the difference. We had an offer within 3 days of him listing it. The offer came in from an out of state buyer who only saw the photos and online tour - they hadn’t even stepped foot in our home! JR was a total pro at helping us negotiate the sale, and explained every scenario with us before we made a decision. From the point of signing the sales agreement until the closing, JR and his fantastic admin, Sydney, werewith us every step of the way. Sydney kept in constant contact to keep us in the loop of each step and what we needed to do when. I can’t recommend JR and his team highly enough. They have the highest level of professionalism and expertise, and they go the extra mile for their clients
