Having two houses to sell, putting a contingency on a house while planning some upgrades took effort, attention and quick responses that Jonathan handled extremely well!!! Jonathan's construction experience helped us on the upgrades that we needed done and all items that were reviewed and needed attention after inspections on all the properties! Working with all of the family took patience at times on Jonathan's part and we appreciate it very much! Jonathan is a "go-getter", stays organized and on top of his appointments and meetings. When we were working with Jonathan, we always felt like we were his only client! His overall knowledge is very impressive!
