Jonathan is an excellent and knowledgeable real estate agent. I have used him as my agent twice, on a purchase (2017) and a sale of an investment property (2021). Buying and selling real estate can be very stressful, and one of Jonathan's best traits is his calmness. He guides you through the process, and is always there to answer questions in a way that keeps you calm about the process! I really appreciated this as someone who gets stressed out over these things easily! Jonathan always responds quickly, and goes the extra mile to get things done in a timely manner. It almost seems crazy to say that buying and selling a house seemed easy, but with Jonathan, it did. His relaxed, yet professional demeanor, combined with extensive knowledge and experience, is perfect for the high-stress business of real estate. There is no doubt that I would select Jonathan as my agent again in the future.
