Jonathan was most helpful from the first. He was patient during the search process even when we changed criteria multiple times showing us many homes over a 6 month plus period only to hear hear us say "No, not the one". When we found our place he was at the front lines leading us in making offers and negotiating to get us the right price. At offer acceptance he helped with mortgage loan recommendations and even arranged for the home inspections. Throughout the entire process Jonathan's professionalism, knowledge and personality made a very lengthy and stressful situation most pleasurable!
