Jon negotiated both the sale and purchase of Caldwell homes for us in 2019, with awesome results. When I hit the most difficult times in these processes, Jon was always ready with a sincere "How can I help?" and then he followed through. (Yes, he did vacuum the carpet one day when we were doing last minute clutter-control for listing photographs. Thank you, Jon.) He kept us informed throughout the process. We had Jon look at the house we wanted to sell. He came by and quickly gave us a plan on what to do. Had already talked to him about the place we wanted to buy. He set up the photographer and we listed the house Saturday after Christmas and Monday it was sold. 2 weeks before he put the offer in on the house we wanted and it was excepted. By far the easiest buy and sell ever! The last house we bought was a nightmare but this was so quick and easy I kept bugging Jon because I was so sure something was going to happen. He just kept saying “ I’ve got you guys “ He even helped negotiate so we did simultaneous close on both houses . Would definitely recommend Jon.
